Recipients are advised to start using the new wordmark on all new materials. Where the old wordmark was used, the new wordmark will take its place. The old wordmark will be phased out, not replaced. When will I be able to order new Employment Ontario materials from the Publications Ontario website?
New Employment Ontario decals are now available on the Publications Ontario website. New Employment Ontario signs will be available in September.
Should I update my website and social media?
Yes, all service providers are expected to adhere to the revised Guidelines.
What should I do with existing communication materials?
Existing communication materials can continue to be used until the stocks are depleted. All new communications material, however, must conform to the revised Guidelines.
Am I required to put up Employment Ontario related signage?
Signage is required for recipients that have the capacity to provide clients with information and referral services about all Employment Ontario programs, services and projects. This is required for recipients that deliver Canada-Ontario Job Grant, Employment Service, Get Set (Skills, Education and Training), or Youth Job Connection/Youth Job Connection Summer.
What’s the difference between the acknowledgement line and the tagline?
The acknowledgement line is intended to acknowledge the contribution by the provincial and federal government in situations where the use of wordmarks is not feasible. The taglines are intended to create a positive, memorable phrase that helps clients identify the Employment Ontario brand.
