Overview

Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development (MLITSD), and Ministry of the Solicitor General (SOLGEN) have partnered to launch the Literacy and Basic Skills (LBS) Corrections Literacy Initiative (CLI).

The CLI is a pilot that involves the delivery of LBS programming in sixteen provincial correctional institutions. The program provides selected service providers with resources to expand their LBS programming to designated facilities.

This initiative is part of the LBS program.
