Overview

The Adjustment Advisory Program (AAP) provides support to affected workers after large-scale workplace closures and layoffs. Group services are provided to affected workers to assist them with their workplace adjustment. This can include access to one-on-one peer counseling and job search assistance services, individual action plans tailored to their needs, and a wide range of programs and services.
