Registration Process

The Application for Apprenticeship Training is an application for the ministry to assess an apprentice’s eligibility for a registered training agreement under which they would receive training from a sponsor in a trade required as part of an apprenticeship program. This should be filled out by the apprentice and the sponsor/employer.
