No, updating the OYAP program outcome of an OYAP participant is the responsibility of the OYAP provider or the ministry. If a participant’s OYAP program outcome needs to be completed (or withdrawn) to proceed with registering a new TA after they have left high school, STO will log a ticket through myEOIS which will be directed to the ministry to update the OYAP program outcome. STO will verify proof of educational requirements and will include that information in the ticket so ministry staff will know whether to update the OYAP program outcome to “complete” or “withdrawn.”

Yes, the local ministry office will continue to receive the final class list from the Training Delivery Agent (TDA) and manually schedule OYAP participants with RTAs to the class in the EOIS-APPR.
