Multiple System Outage – Thursday, 16 July 2026

Due to system updates, the following Employment Ontario Information Systems (EOIS) will be unavailable from 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. on Thursday, 16 July 2026:

  • Case Management System (CAMS)
  • Common Assessment (CA)
  • Service Provider Connect (SP CONNECT)
  • Ontario Job Creation Partnerships Sponsor (OJCP)
  • Apprenticeship (APPR)
  • Tools Grant (TG)
  • Achievement Incentive (AI)

The Employment Ontario Information Systems (EOIS) are a suite of digital platforms designed to support the administration of Employment Ontario (EO) programs and services. EOIS is used by authorized ministry staff as well as Employment Ontario partners. The EOIS platforms include: EOIS-APPR, EOIS-CaMS, and EOIS-SP Connect.
