Overview
The Employment Ontario Information Systems (EOIS) are a suite of digital platforms designed to support the administration of Employment Ontario (EO) programs and services. EOIS is used by authorized ministry staff as well as Employment Ontario partners. The EOIS platforms include: EOIS-APPR, EOIS-CaMS, EOIS-SP Connect, and myEOIS.
Documentation related to EOIS is not available on the Employment Ontario Partners’ Gateway (EOPG). You can access all EOIS communications and resources by logging into myEOIS.

Technical or System Issues
For technical support with an EOIS system including EOIS-APPR, EOIS-CaMS, EOIS-SP Connect or myEOIS, please create a ticket in myEOIS.
For example, please create a ticket if you are:
- Unable to access a report
- Experiencing access issues
