New Employment Ontario Information System (EOIS) Communications Distribution Mechanism

What Is Happening?

Employment Ontario Information System (EOIS) communications and user resources were previously posted on myEOIS. As of June 30, 2026, myEOIS was decommissioned and no longer available to EOIS users. Moving forward, all EOIS communications and user resources will be posted on the Employment Ontario Partners’ Gateway (EOPG). This includes:

  • System updates
  • Known issues
  • Outages
  • Training resources
  • System Status

Where Can I Find More Information?

System updates, outages, and known issues can now be found in new EOIS-APPR, EOIS-CaMS, EOIS-Common Assessment-Integrated Employment Services, EOIS-SP Connect, and EOIS-Reporting sections on the EOPG.

EOIS training resources, e.g., video demos, will be added as they become available.

What Should Be Done Now?

In order to receive EOIS related communications going forward, please subscribe to EOPG email notifications on EO topics of your choice. EOIS communications will be distributed according to the EO program topic they are related to. For example: to receive EOIS-APPR communications, please subscribe to Apprenticeship-related communications.

What Will Be Done Later?

Future EOPG improvements, including EOIS-specific email subscription options, will be rolled out to better meet user needs related to EOIS communications and resources.
