New Adjustment Advisory Program Applicant Support Guide Available

What Is Happening?
Further to the January 29, 2026 announcement regarding the launch of the Adjustment Advisory Program (AAP) in Service Provider Connect (SP Connect), a new Applicant Support Guide has been created to provide support with accessing the SP Connect application through Transfer Payment Ontario (TPON).
The guide is now available on the Sponsor Application Process page on the Employment Ontario Partners’ Gateway.
Who Is Affected?
Prospective applicants to the AAP program.
What Should Be Done Now?
Prospective applicants should engage with the ministry’s local or regional office ahead of submitting AAP applications.
