Pre-Apprenticeship Participant and Outcome Reporting in EOIS-CaMS

What Is Happening?
EOIS-CaMS is now available for Pre-Apprenticeship participant reporting. All service providers with 2025-2026 Pre-Apprenticeship projects are required to enter information from the Participant Enrollment Form into EOIS-CaMS and create a Service Plan for each participant. Service Plans must be used to record program activities and participant outcomes for each participant in the project.
To support the development of a complete and consistent participant dataset, the ministry requests that service providers:
- Enter enrollment information into EOIS-CaMS for all participants who have entered the program to date.
- Complete Service Plan information in EOIS-CaMS for all participants who have completed the program to date.
Service providers are required to complete these data entry activities by December 31, 2026.
