Transition to EOIS-CaMS
General Status: NEW
EOIS-CaMS is Employment Ontario’s Case Management System. It is a web-based application used by the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development (ministry) and Service Providers to administer projects and track the progress of participants. Data is captured in real time and accessible across the province.
Service Providers will receive training through a combination of live demonstrations via Microsoft Teams sessions and User Guides available in both English and French.
These resources will additionally be posted on the myEOIS website, which is a centralized hub for resources and tools related to the administration and management of projects funded by the ministry.
Each organization will receive EOIS‑CaMS access for up to five users. Registration instructions will be shared soon. Your ministry representative will guide you through the process and provide the required links and forms.
Yes, all 2025-26 Pre-Apprenticeship projects require participant reporting through the EOIS-CaMS system.
No, the transfer payment recipient should not anticipate additional funds outside of what they will be receiving in their signed TPAs.
Service Providers will manage information in two different systems, depending on the type of information being captured.
EOIS-CaMS is used for managing specific participant-level data, such as project tracking, participant management, activity tracking, and outcomes. Service Providers will use EOIS‑CaMS to:
- Create and maintain participant service plans
- Record participant outcomes at case (service plan) closure
Service Providers will complete and submit project activity and financial reports through another ministry system called Service Provider (SP) Connect, which oversees an organization’s Transfer Payment Agreement. New Service Providers can anticipate training on SP Connect to ensure accurate reporting.
