Launch of Adjustment Advisory Program in Service Provider Connect

What Is Happening?
The Adjustment Advisory Program (AAP) application and contracting processes are now available in Employment Ontario Information System-Service Provider Connect (EOIS-SP Connect).
The current paper-based AAP application and contracting processes should no longer be used for new AAP applications. AAP applicants need to register with Transfer Payment Ontario TPON to access the EOIS-SP Connect application portal. The EOIS-SP Connect application is available as of December 29, 2025.

What Should Be Done Now?
Prospective applicants should engage with the ministry’s local or regional office ahead of submitting AAP applications.
