Pre-Apprenticeship Participant Enrollment Form

What Is Happening?

The Pre-Apprenticeship Participant Enrollment Form is now posted on the Pre-Apprenticeship Training Program Participant Management page on the Employment Ontario Partners’ Gateway.

 

What Should Be Done Now?

Service providers should ensure that each program participant completes the form and it is returned to the ministry local office within 30 days of receiving it.
